Your account and calls

Purple Phone uses account and profile information to sign you in and identify you, including your Purple ID. Calling features process information such as call participants, timing, duration and call activity. Where applicable, account activity includes charges and earnings.

Camera, microphone and device information

Audio and video calling uses your microphone and camera when you grant permission. Device and technical information, including notification tokens, supports sign-in, incoming-call notifications, service delivery and security. Account and calling infrastructure providers process data to operate these features.

This landing page has no advertising, analytics scripts or account-registration forms. Hosting infrastructure processes technical request information to deliver and protect the website.

Your choices and requests

You can manage camera, microphone and notification permissions in your device settings. Contact purplephone@parallaxengineering.com about access, correction or deletion of account data. See Your account for request guidance.
