Your account

An enabled account and an internet connection are required. Keep your sign-in details private and use the app only with accounts you are authorized to access. Account access and calling features depend on availability.

Your conversations

Respect the people you contact. Do not use calls to harass, threaten or impersonate anyone. If you experience unwanted contact, visit Support.

Calling and availability

Call quality and availability depend on your device, connection and service conditions. Some calling features may involve charges or earnings; check the applicable account information before use. Purple Phone does not provide ordinary telephone or emergency calling.

Before public release

Purple Phone is currently being prepared for release. Final service terms and eligibility information will be published before the public launch.
